Here's how the Four Star Key Customer program works:

  • Join the program for FREE by completing the enrollment form below. We'll mail you copies of your points card.
  • Use your card every time you come to any Four Star Drug or the Four Star Gift Gallery, or make a purchase at our online store.
  • With every purchase, you earn points. 25 points are worth a dollar in Four Star purchasing power.
  • We'll add up your bonus points quarterly and mail you your Reward Certificate. (You must earn a minimum of 75 points to get a certificate. If you are below the minimum, your points carry over to the next quarter.)
  • Use your reward certificate just like cash on any Four Star purchase. (Excluding postage, delivery, and accounts receivable.)
